Richard Lang

Richard Lang is a meditation teacher and writer. He became a student of Douglas Harding after attending a workshop with him in 1970. He co-founded Sholland Trust, a non-profit that aims to share Harding's vision, in 1996. Richard has written several books on the Headless Way.
