Frank Ostaseski

Frank Ostaseski is a Buddhist teacher and leading voice in the field of end-of-life care. In 1987, he co-founded the Zen Hospice Project, the first Buddhist hospice in America. Frank founded the Metta Institute in 2004 with the goal of providing education and trainings that foster compassionate, mindfulness-based end-of-life care.
