Jack Kornfield

Jack Kornfield trained as a Buddhist monk in Thailand, India, and Burma, and has taught meditation internationally since 1974. He co-founded the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts, and the Spirit Rock Center in Woodacre, California. Jack is considered one of the leading Buddhist teachers in the West, having trained many of today's Vipassana teachers in America. He holds a PhD in clinical psychology.
