Christopher Titmuss

Christopher Titmuss is a Dharma teacher based in Devon, England. He became a Theravada Buddhist monk in 1970 and spent six years in Thailand and India. His teachings center on ethics, Insight Meditation, the expansive heart, and inquiry into emptiness and liberation.
